Shadows and Bars

The world around us forms by the interplay of light and darkness. When a luminous source shines upon an object, it casts a dark shape. This event is known as illumination, and it's creates the striking contrast we see between forms in space. Bars, because of their form, often create unique shadows that can be quite intriguing.

The location of the light source has a significant impact on the shape and size of the shapes formed. As the sun moves, bars will produce shifting silhouettes.

Stone Walls, Concrete Dreams

Many long/intensely/years of confinement can make it hard/difficult/challenging to adjust/adapt/acclimate to the shifting/dynamic/ever-changing tides of ordinary/everyday/normal life. Simple/Mundane/Everyday tasks like crossing/walking/traveling a street or interacting/communicating/talking to a stranger can feel overwhelming/daunting/intimidating. Still/However/Yet, there are ways/methods/strategies to rebuild/reintegrate/reconstruct your life and find/discover/locate peace/tranquility/contentment in the world beyond/past/outside the wire.

Resounds in the Cell Block

The steel walls contained the whispers of a hundred lives lived. Each clink of a chain, every deep footstep on the concrete floor, revealed a story. Stories of guilt, of despair, all mingling in a symphony of suffering. Even in the tranquility, one could feel the presence of their stories.
